Radically updated and upgraded for 2018, this year's Timber Logjam V3 includes quite a bit of new terrain and we're not gonna lie, we're pretty pumped to share the route! It follows the same basic outline as previous years but opts for more interesting lines between Stub, Timber and Wildcat Mountain. Get stoked for such soon-to-be classics as Pitfall Road and lower Ridge Road through Timber! Additionally we have included Gales Creek singletrack for 2018. This year's routing also reimagines some of the HotNP hits in reverse order!

A FEW NOTES ABOUT THE COURSE:

* From mile 21.1 to 22, the so-called 'Pitfall Road' has been aggressively decommissioned and features MASSIVE DEEP GNARLY PITS. Riders will need to be extremely careful and keep to the left line through this section. The ledges are narrow and the craters deep. Be warned. These aren't funny-haha-mess-around ditches. These are fall-in-and-break-your-collarbone-pits. Know what you're getting into.

** At mile 31.6 we cut left onto Gales Creek singletrack which is multi-use trail shared with horses, hikers, trailrunners and mountain bikers. Please be aware, courteous, friendly and respectful of other users we may encounter. Please be sure to defer right of way to equestrian users and announce your presence as horses can be unpredictable and spook easily.

**** As with previous years, we ask that riders keep to the posted route through Stub Stewart State Park. Please stay out of the MTB-specific trails. Don't worry, there will be plenty of singletrack later on the TLJV3...cool your jets and just stick to the trails as routed through Stub to BV.

***** Post-ride refreshments for those who chose to partake will be at Banks Billiards, just south of the BV trailhead on Main Street. Be mindful that BB tends to be a deep local scene...ie...lots of camo, huge pickups...so be aware. Not saying it's the biker bar from Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, but...
